Semantic Model Editor - Quick Start

Prerequisites

Instructions in Quick Start have been completed and all plugins have been installed.

Login to PUC console with your credentials and a new Model Editor option should be available under the File menu:

Additional Installation Notes

When the plugin is accessed for the first time, a new database schema will be created inside the Pentaho Server hibernate PostgreSQL database, with the name sme. The sme schema will be used by the plugin to persist internal information to support its functionality.

In case you need to check which concrete version of the plugin is currently being used in a Pentaho Server, go to the semantic-model-editor folder and inspect the version.xml file content.
