Eclipse installation

1. Download the latest Eclipse from the eclipse.org download page. The "Classic" package is sufficient for Pentaho development though you may want to download the J2EE package.
2. Install the following from the Eclipse Marketplace (Help -> Eclipse Marketplace...)
   1. EGit
   2. IvyDE
3. Setup Code Style to match the Pentaho Development Standards
