The Pentaho BI Suite Community Edition is made available free of charge, and distributed under the free-as-in-freedom GNU General Public License version 2. The spirit of free software is community participation, so in the interest of fostering that environment, Pentaho has substantially overhauled this Wiki for the BI Suite version 2.0 release. It contains hundreds of articles related to every piece of the BI Suite, but it is by no means comprehensive. Contribute whatever documentation you can, preferably following this content template.

Please do not leave comments on Wiki pages if you need help. Wiki comments are monitored, but no one will respond to them if they contain questions. Use comments only to communicate issues with Wiki pages that you cannot correct yourself through editing the page content. Once the issues identified in comments have been addressed, they will be deleted by the Wiki moderators. Please do not take it personally if your comments are deleted; it is necessary to remove them to avoid cluttering the content.
