Selected columns are not present when the report is exported to CSV

Not a Bug

Description

We have a scenario where if we select only few columns in the detailed data present in drill through links on measures will provide all the columns when it Export to CSV format.

 

 

The issue can be replicated on 8.3, 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Login as Admin.

2) Please find the attached zip file of Analyzer Report

, using the Sampledata as the Datasource. I am using the same Analyzer report.

 Or create a new Analyzer report using the SampleData as the Datasource and Enable Cell drillthrough links on measures in Analyzer

 . 

3) Click on the drillthrough links for detailed information on the measures. 

 

4) In the detailed information window click on the down arrow on the right side of any column and select the Columns sub-menu

. From there only select few columns(Ex: Only select Territory, Country, City

)  you want to appear. Click on Export to CSV.

 

Expected Output: The CSV output should contain only selected columns.

Actual Output: The CSV output will be having default columns.

Please try to remove columns in the drill through view using the "Select Columns" link at the top of the table next to the "Export to CSV" link and see if the same behavior persists.
