Parent child hierarchy not rendered properly in PDF Output

Description

When using the parent-child hierarchy in the Analyzer report, the report renders the column showing the parent-child relationship on the canvas.

When the analyzer report is exported to a PDF format.

Expected output:

The generated PDF file should be rendered with a parent-child relationship on the Employee ID column

Actual output:

The generated PDF file does not render parent-child hierarchy instead it is printed as a left-aligned text.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to replicate the issue:

Use the foodmart schema against the sample foodmart database on mysql database
Build a new Analyzer report by selecting the HR cube
Drag and Drop the level Employee Id to the reporting canvas.
Click More actions and options
Export to PDF

Tested in 9.4 SNAPSHOT build on 20th April working fine.
