Provide a new operation permission just to View and Test the database connection from Spoon.

Description

Currently, the users who are associated with the role having the "Manage Data Source" operation permission will be able to test the connections used by the transformation from Spoon.

If the role has "Manage Data Source" then the users associated with that role will be able to View, Modify and Delete the connections.

We would like to have, a new operation permission (Read and Test Only DB connection) selecting which the users will only be able to view the connection details and TEST the connection from Spoon but no permission to modify or delete it.
