Request to improve the packaging for upgrade utilities (zip files)

Description

Currently the upgrade utility zip files do not have a container folder, so they will unzip the folders and files directly into the directory the zip file is located (in Linux). However the server and plugin install zip folders do have container folders. Customer would like the upgrade utility zip folders to be packaged in a similar way.

For example:

The 8.1 server install zip: pentaho-server-ee-8.1.0.0-365-dist.zip
This contains a folder inside the zip called: pentaho-server-ee-8.1.0.0-365
All needed files are within that container folder

The 8.1 upgrade utility zip: pentaho-server-ee-upgrade-8.1.0.0-365.zip
The contents are two folders and a file:
_nix
windows
DIPluginRemoveList.txt

Customer would like pentaho-server-ee-upgrade-8.1.0.0-365.zip to contain a folder called pentaho-server-ee-upgrade-8.1.0.0-365, which would then contain the previously listed two folders and file.
