IE10/11 IR shows mix of languages after switching from one language to another

Expected Result
All back in English language or Language selected

Actual Result
Select Data source dialog and Report in a mix of the two languages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open PUC in IE 10/11

  2. Go to View> Languages and select any, for example Japanese

  3. Create a new Interactive Report

  4. Check that Select Data source windows and report shows in Japanese

  5. Go to View> Languages and select any other language, for example, back to English

  6. Create a new Interactive Report
