Description

Creates a job and a trigger and then registers the job and trigger for execution with the scheduler. For more information, please read the Scheduling section of the Actions and Components Reference.
 

Inputs and Outputs

Name - A Descriptive Name for the component
Job Name - The name of the newly created Job
Job Description

• Solution Name - The root solution name for the specified action sequence
• Solution Subdirectory - The directory path to the specified action sequence
• XAction File - The file name of the specified action sequence

Job Inputs - Inputs provided to action sequence during scheduled execution
Trigger Description

• Trigger Name - Name of the newly defined trigger
• Simple - Simple trigger allows a task to be scheduled at a specified regular interval for a specified number of repetitions.
  • Trigger Count - Number of times to execute
  • Trigger Interval - Interval between executions
• Cron - Defines a cron formatted execution sequence
  • Cron String - the cron string to use
