Pentaho has a good number of different Javascript Frameworks in use. From plain Javascript to GWT, Dojo, JQuery and AngularJS, it can get confusing! Below are our general guidelines:
- New development is to be based on the following technologies:
- AMD Modules
- AngularJS
- Dojo libraries as needed
- Twitter Bootstrap
- Existing project based on other technology will be maintained though where possible new features should be implemented with the new stack
