The Report Setup wizard step allows you to setup some high level report details like page format, margins and watermark. Paper The Paper setup consists of three sections, orientation, page size and margins. The orientation is typically set to portrait or landscape. When the report output is generated it will be put on pages respecting the orientation. We're going to select portrait for this example. Think of the page size as the type of paper being used. The default choice here is "LETTER". Other common choices are LEGAL and A4. There is quite a long list of supported page types. Margins create reserved white space surrounding the report on all sides. Selecting page margins is trivial and does not require much discussion. We've selected margins of 12 all the way around. h2. Watermark The watermark is a page element that is rendered behind all other elements. It should be a non-obtrusive image, as to not interfere with the appearance of the report. There is a watermark included in the {scrollbar} |
Important: The most current version of the Report Design Wizard does not contain steps 6 and 7.
