Charts not rendered if fully-qualified-server-url points to other than localhost

Description

Currently when trying to export an analyzer report that has a chart on it and Pentaho Server's fully-qualified-server-url is pointing to a load balancer or IP Address for example; the charts are not rendered at all on the exported file and the pentaho.log captures the following exception:

Steps to Reproduce

Pentaho Server 9.3

  1. Setup Pentaho Server

  2. Locate the following file: \server\pentaho-server\pentaho-solutions\system\analyzer\settings.xml uses:

  3. Confirm it uses:

  4. Locate the following file: \server\pentaho-server\pentaho-solutions\system\server.properties

  5. Modify the following line:

  6. Start Pentaho Server

  7. Log into PUC using admin:password

  8. Open the report /Public/Steel Wheels/Country Performace(heat grid).xanalyzer

  9. Export the report as PDF

  10. Notice the charts are missing
